Steven Sekanina has spent the past 20 plus years working in the electronics manufacturing industry serving in a variety of leadership roles.   He is currently employed by Iten Industries in Ashtabula, OH, as part of the composite sales team.  He served as a Council Member from January 2022 – November 2025.   He also currently serves on the board of directors for the Jefferson Emergency Rescue District and is a member of the Jefferson Area Chamber of commerce.  Steven holds a degree from Kent State University where he majored in Business.   He lives in the Village with his wife Heidi and daughters Brooke and Emma.  Their three older children Spencer, Kennedy and Chandler all reside out of state.
