Meet the Team

Andria Manor

Andria is an Air Force veteran who proudly served her country for four years, working in the supply of aircraft parts. She brings four years of municipal experience with the Villages of Sabina and New Holland, Ohio, where she worked in a variety of roles. Her background includes administration of EPA and state regulations for municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, grant writing, municipal utility billing and collections, and service as a utility clerk for a Mayor’s Court. She has also worked for the United States Postal Service as a Rural Carrier Associate. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Law Enforcement, is a certified Notary Public, and has completed a three-year Sunshine Law certification.
